The Infor SunSystems reports & utilities help optimise the financial processes related to exchange rates, VAT return, and aged analysis reporting.

Exchange Rates
The Exchange Rate reporting tool allows clients to get the latest FX rates from the European Central Bank into Excel and create the Exchange Rates file for importing into SunSystems as Period or Daily Rates.

VAT Return
The VAT reporting tool generates VAT Return and lists all underlying entries in separate sheets for the various types of Purchases and Sales, showing actual and expected VAT and highlighting discrepancies.

Aged Analysis Report
The aged analysis reporting tool is used to calculate the number of days of unallocated invoices and/or credit notes, displaying the respective totals under each column. Once the user inserts a date in the ‘Report Date’ field, the system will check all the invoices for the range of accounts supplied and their respective allocation date.

Exchange Rates - easy extraction

Extracts a list of active business units from SunSystems, together with their base currency.

Exchange Rates - validate currencies

Validates currencies against the ISO list and corresponding user-defined codes.

VAT Return - calculation comparison

Calculate expected VAT and compare it with actual value for each entry, on each sheet, based on date, reference, and journal number.

VAT Return - quick summary

Copy the totals of each sheet to the summary sheet in the corresponding fields.

Aged Analysis Report - debtor/creditor extraction

A breakdown of all pending invoices for each debtor/creditor can be extracted from the report.

Aged Analysis Report - invoice exclusion

If the allocation date of the invoice falls on or before the report date, the invoice is excluded from the report.

"Computime were selected to implement a Group Financial and Management Accounting System based on Infor SunSystems. Originally designed to run 75 users, the system will eventually host an excess of 100 users and support all GO companies across a Citrix-enabled WAN.
